Although DecoLooma is legally registered in Poland, we operate exclusively for Australian customers. All pricing is in AUD (Australian Dollars) and includes GST where applicable. We comply with Australian Consumer Law, giving customers the right to refunds, repairs, or replacements if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or do not perform as promised.

  • Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to Australia takes approximately 7–8 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8–10 business days.
  • Returns & Refunds: We provide a 30-day return policy, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
